All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Please call customer service at 937-890-7461 for return authorization numbers. All merchandise returned due to ordering the wrong product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned merchandise must be returned within 15 days of invoice date. No returns accepted COD or freight collect.
